Throws are packaged in individual poly-bags and shipped in bulk. Packaging may be upgraded to vinyl zippered bags for $1.00/each. Each box will hold 12 – 13 throws.
High-resolution art can be uploaded as a jpg, png, ai, eps, or pdf. The higher the resolution, the sharper the image will weave. If you have difficulty uploading your image, please email it to email@example.com, and one of our representatives will assist you.
Production time is approximately 2 weeks from receipt of your order, provided you are able to submit approval of your woven sample within 24 hours of receipt.
Caring for Your Throw
Your throw has been pre-washed for softness. To preserve its beauty, wash separately in cold water. Use a mild detergent and your washer’s gentle cycle. Dry with low heat, and try to remove your throw as soon as the dryer stops to avoid wrinkles. Never use bleach or harsh detergents.
Your throw may have some lint on it when you receive it. This is from the cotton yarn fibers, and it’s completely normal. It will go away after a couple of washings. If you need to remove the lint in the meantime, a lint roller will help.
We will accept returns of defective products. Our quality inspection team makes every effort to ensure that you will receive only the highest quality products free from any defects. However, should any of your throws arrive with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. A replacement throw will be made and shipped to you at no cost as quickly as possible. Please note that you may be asked to provide a photo of the defective throw, or to ship it back to us at our cost.
We always want you to be completely satisfied with our product. If for any reason you are not, please contact us so that we can fix the problem.
The order cancellation fee is $50, if the order is cancelled within 24 hours. We will refund the total amount of your canceled order, less the cancelation fee, to the same credit card used to place the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.
There are no refunds for orders cancelled more than 24 hours after placing the order.
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, and shipping charges will be added to your invoice during the checkout process. Shipping originates in South Carolina. If you need a different method of shipping, please feel free to contact us to make arrangements.
For orders with 75+ quantity, please contact us for a shipping estimate. Your order may qualify for lower freight charges.
1. What if I need to change the quantity of my order?
Please contact us if you need to increase the quantity of your order. If more than 24 hours have passed since placing the order, the change cannot be guaranteed, but we will try to accommodate your request whenever possible.
2. When will my order ship, and how will I know when it ships?
Orders of 500 throws or less will ship within 2 weeks. Orders over 500 will ship within 3 weeks. You will be notified via email and provided with tracking information within 24 hours of the ship date.
3. When will I receive a photo of my sample for approval?
You will receive a photo of your sample via email in approximately one week. It is important that we receive approval within 24 hours to ensure your estimate ship date.
4. What happens if I do not respond with my approval or changes within 24 hours after receiving the photo of my sample?
Your estimated ship date will be pushed back, based on your response time.
5. What if there is a problem with the sample in the photograph?
Please let us know as quickly as possible so that we can correct the design and remake a new sample for your approval.
6. What is the difference between Tapestry Throws & ECO Throws?
Tapestry throws are made with fine 100% cotton yarn that allows for unlimited color options in the design. ECO Throws are made with recycled cotton yarn which is much thicker, so the amount of colors used in the design must be limited to 2.
7. What is the difference between the ECO Standard and ECO Heavy throws?
All ECO throws are made with the same ECO2cotton® blend yarn. The Heavy throws are made with 20% more yarn making them thicker and heavier than the Standard throws.
8. What is ECO2cotton® blend yarn?
ECO2cotton® is recycled, hand-sorted yarn. No new dyes or harmful pollutants are used in the manufacturing process. The blend is 74% ECO2cotton®, 24% Acrylic and 2% Other.
9. Can I change the color of the fringe?
No, the fringe consists of the ends of the strands of yarn used to make your throw after they have been tied off and cut.
10. Why are two sides of the fringe always black and white?
Black and white yarns are used as a base for all throws. Each color in your throw is woven into the black and white base.
11. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you are unable to pay with a credit card, please contact us for alternate payment methods. Business checks, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders are accepted, but please be aware that your order will not be processed until the check or money order is received. No personal checks will be accepted.
12. Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you reside in the state of South Carolina or your organization’s address is in South Carolina, then you will be charged sales tax unless you are able to provide a South Carolina State Tax Exempt form. Purchases from all other states will not be charged sales tax.
