Throws are folded and shipped in bulk. Packaging may be upgraded to individual polybags ($0.75/ea) or vinyl zippered bags ($1.00/ea). Each box will hold 12 – 16 throws.

Art Requirements
High-resolution artwork is preferred, and we can work with most formats including jpg, png, ai, eps, or pdf. The higher the resolution, the sharper the image will weave.
Production Time
Our production time for all styles is approximately 4 weeks. Please be aware that production time increases September – December.
Disclaimers
Please be aware we cannot produce/weave the following types of colors:
- Neon
- Process
- Pink on Tapestry throws (Pink is offered on ECO-Throws)
- Exact PMS color matching
- **If your logo contains any of these colors, our designers will make every effort to match them as closely as possible with the available yarn colors.
Fringe:
- Each throw has approximately 2 inches of fringe on all sides
- 2 sides will have black and white fringe
- 2 sides will have multi-color
Personalization:
- Quotation marks and commas are not accepted by our design system
Content Guidelines
At EZ Custom Throws, we want to provide all of our customers with an enjoyable experience while creating custom designs for their throws. We love and respect that each of our customers are as unique as their designs, representing different world views. It is our goal to bring a smile to the faces of everyone who sees our throws.
However, we reserve the right not to weave a design created by a customer that may be offensive or threatening to others who see the throw or are involved in the production of the throw. We use the following Content Guidelines to determine whether a design will be woven as a throw. These guidelines are not meant to be an exhaustive list – approval of designs is always up to the management staff of EZ Custom Throws. If it is determined that your design does not meet these guidelines, you will be notified in writing. Our staff will work with you to create a more appropriate design, or your money will be refunded.
EZ Custom Throws will weave designs that:
- Use language and images appropriate for adults and children of all ages
- Are not likely to offend individuals or groups
- Support intellectual property rights by using authorized images and content, including those owned or legally authorized to be used by the customer
EZ Custom Throws will not weave designs that:
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others (see intellectual property policy)
- Include vulgar language or swear words
- Promote, feature, or encourage the use of legal or illegal drugs
- Promote, feature, or encourage underage drinking or smoking
- Promote, feature or encourage illegal activities (other than those mentioned above)
- Encourage violence or hate against individuals or groups
- Attack, harass, or defame others based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, disability, national origin, or sexual identity
- Include hate speech or symbols (including but not limited to swastikas, iron crosses, etc.)
- Include demonic or occult images, symbols or language
- Involve violent terms or images that are not directed at an individual or group, such as historical images of violence
- Might cause public outrage or inspire violence
- Feature nudity or explicit sex acts
- Include sexually suggestive images or text
- Have an overtly sexually connotation or tone, including strong sexual innuendo
Caring for Your Throw
Your throw has been pre-washed for softness. To preserve its beauty, wash separately in cold water. Use a mild detergent and your washer’s gentle cycle. Dry with low heat, and try to remove your throw as soon as the dryer stops to avoid wrinkles. Never use bleach or harsh detergents.
Your throw may have some lint on it when you receive it. This is from the cotton yarn fibers, and it’s completely normal. It will go away after a couple of washings. If you need to remove the lint in the meantime, a lint roller will help.
Return Policy
We will accept returns of defective products. Our quality inspection team makes every effort to ensure that you will receive only the highest quality products free from any defects. However, should any of your throws arrive with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order. A replacement throw will be made and shipped to you at no cost as quickly as possible. Please note that you may be asked to provide a photo of the defective throw, or to ship it back to us at our cost.
We always want you to be completely satisfied with our product. If for any reason you are not, please contact us so that we can fix the problem.
Cancellations
The order cancellation fee is $50, if the order is cancelled within 24 hours. We will refund the total amount of your canceled order, less the cancelation fee, to the same credit card used to place the order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.
There are no refunds for orders cancelled more than 24 hours after placing the order.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, and shipping charges will be added to your invoice. Shipping originates in South Carolina. If you need a different method of shipping, please feel free to contact us to make arrangements. Large orders may qualify for lower freight charges.
FAQ’s
1. What if I need to change the quantity of my order?
Please contact us if you need to increase the quantity of your order. If more than 24 hours have passed since placing the order, the change cannot be guaranteed, but we will try to accommodate your request whenever possible.
2. How will I know when my order ships?
You will be notified via email and provided with tracking information within 24 hours of the ship date.
3. When will I receive a photo of my sample for approval?
You will receive a photo of your woven sample via email in approximately two weeks.
4. What if there is a problem with the sample in the photograph?
Please let us know as quickly as possible so that we can correct the design and remake a new sample for your approval.
5. What is the difference between Tapestry Throws & ECO Throws?
Tapestry throws are made with fine cotton yarn (94% cotton/6% polyester) that allows for unlimited color options in the design. 50% of Tapestry yarn is recycled. ECO Throws are made with 100% recycled cotton yarn (65% cotton/35% polyester) which is much thicker, so the amount of colors used in the design must be limited to 2.
6. What is the difference between the ECO Standard and ECO Heavy throws?
All ECO throws are made with the same recycled yarn. The Heavy throws are made with 20% more yarn making them thicker and heavier than the Standard throws.
7. What is “recycled” yarn?
Our certified recycled yarn is hand-sorted. No new dyes or harmful pollutants are used in the manufacturing process. The blend is 65% Cotton, 35% Polyester.
8. Can I change the color of the fringe?
No, the fringe consists of the ends of the strands of yarn used to make your throw after they have been tied off and cut.
9. Why are two sides of the fringe always black and white?
Black and white yarns are used as a base for all throws. Each color in your throw is woven into the black and white base.
10. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept most credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Business checks, Cashier’s Checks and Money Orders are also accepted. Payment must be received from new customers before orders are produced. No personal checks will be accepted.
11. Do I have to pay sales tax?
If you reside in the state of South Carolina or your organization’s address is in South Carolina, then you will be charged sales tax unless you are able to provide a South Carolina State Tax Exempt form. Purchases from all other states will not be charged sales tax.
